The Emotion Code which is part of the Body Code process, is a way to simply identify and release trapped emotions from your body. It’s often said that physical ailments many times have emotional roots, and I’ve seen this to absolutely be true. On the Emotion Code chart, there are 60 different trapped emotions, and through the process of elimination via muscle testing, I’m able to identify and release the emotion in minutes.
